Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Renez world, we aim to deliver the correct product in perfect condition. If there is any issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return, Refund or Replacement

We only accept return, refund, or replacement requests in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing item(s) in the package

To process any request, customers must provide a proper unboxing video as proof. The video should clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • Shipping label details
  • Complete unboxing process
  • Visible issue with the product

Requests without valid video evidence may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for:

  • Change of mind
  • Product no longer needed
  • Dislike of the product
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer

Request Timeline

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Verification Process

All requests are subject to verification by our team. After successful verification, customers may choose either:

  • A replacement product, or

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Renezworld reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet the policy conditions.
